+sharing my knowledge with others - which is why I [write articles][0], [give presentations and

+I've mentored people at events like DrupalCamps and DrupalCons to become new core contributors, and
+for bootcamps like School of Code and DevelopMe_ to help people learn software development and find
+their first roles.
+
+I'm currently offering free 1-to-1 online mentoring sessions, particularly for those who are looking
+for their first role in software development.
+
+## Interested?

+Sessions will only be available to a small number of people at a time, and I will start a waitlist
+if I need to manage demand.

+These are **self-guided** mentoring sessions, and not personalised coaching. I won't be teaching or
+telling you what to learn, but I will help you learn what you want.
